We have a new home!

We are pleased to announce we are now based at 9 Rossall Road, Cleveleys, FY5 1AP. Conveniently located opposite from our previous home, the new office provides bigger and brighter space for us to provide our quality services to you.

Our new location sits us at the heart of Cleveleys, meaning you will not have to travel far to receive quality letting services at the Fylde Coast. The open plan office allows space for a customer seating area and disabled access, whilst an additional conference room has also been designed to allow face to face meetings with landlords and renters in line with COVID-19 restrictions. The refurbishment was carried out by our partners M&Y Maintenance and Construction and consisted of converting an old Boots Pharmacy into a new dynamic office space.

Following the Government guidelines our office will continue to operate with reduced staff in place. Our office opening hours remain the same, Monday – Friday 10am – 4pm. We will continue to answer phone enquiries from 9am until 5:30pm during the weekdays and 9:30am – 12:30pm on Saturdays (subject to bank holidays).

Please be advised there is a limit of no more than two people from the same household allowed in the office at any time. All visits to the office must be prearranged with staff. So whether you’re a tenant or new customer, you can still pop in for a chat. Just make sure you prebook your visit and bring a mask!
